I am currently an Associate Professor at School of Engineering, RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

My research is currently focused on applications of statistical signal processing and image processing methods, especially stochastic geometric and random finite set filters, in pattern recognition, visual tracking and sensor networks. I have also worked on, and am interested in, research projects related to SLAM, vehicular electronics and control, and instrumentation and control. For more details regarding my past, current and future (proposed) research projects, please click on the Research button.

To see the most updated list of my projects, and publications, please see my CV (link above this page). You can download most of my papers and some codes.

I teach robotics and mechatronics courses. My courses are run in a full-project-based-learning (PBL) mode. To know more about my courses, and how I run PBL teaching at RMIT University, please click on the teaching link above this page.
